Email support@moonscape.party. Include your iPhone model, iOS version, Scroll Ladder version, and the steps that led to the issue. Do not send screenshots containing private app selections unless you choose to share them.
A selected app is not blocked
Open Scroll Ladder and confirm that Screen Time access is granted, your ladder is enabled, and the app or website is selected. Check that its daily allowance or schedule has been reached. If you changed iOS Screen Time permissions, open Scroll Ladder again so it can refresh its protection.
The camera does not count squats
Allow camera access in iOS Settings. Put the phone where the front camera sees your full body in good light, then move through each squat clearly. The on-screen pose overlay shows what the camera detects. You can choose math questions instead.
Pro or a purchase is missing
Open the Pro screen and tap Restore purchases while signed into the Apple Account used for the purchase. Subscription management and billing are handled in iPhone Settings under your Apple Account. If the entitlement still does not appear, contact support with the purchase date and product, without sending payment-card details.
